I partnered with EcoShift Capital,a climate-focused investment company working at the intersection of sustainability and economic growth. Their mission: harness sustainability projects, green technology, and renewable energy investments to create both environmental impact and business opportunities.
I was brought in to design a dynamic, purpose-driven website, develop a cohesive digital strategy, and implement marketing initiatives to position the company as a thought leader in the climate economy space.

The Challenges
- No central digital hub to communicate the brand’s vision, projects, and results.
- Difficulty translating complex climate-economic concepts into clear, relatable messaging for diverse audiences.
- Low online visibility, making it hard to attract international investors and collaborators.

The Strategy was divided in 4 phases: Research & Positioning, Execution & Development, Performance Optimization, Scaling & Refinement.
Research & Positioning
- Reviewed the client’s brief and objectives, aligning them with both brand positioning and sustainability impact goals.
- Conducted a holistic market and audience analysis, focusing on climate economy stakeholders, investors, policy makers, and the public.
- Created a custom strategy and digital roadmap tailored to position the company as a leader in climate-driven economic innovation.
Execution & Development
- Broke the master strategy into focused execution components: web development, brand positioning, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Set clear timelines and measurable deliverables for each workstream.

Website Design & Development

Digital Strategy Development
Conducted SEO keyword research to target high-intent pharmacy-related searches.
